Why I built it
Most strategy doesn’t fail in the planning meeting. It fails the following Monday, when the plan meets everything else you’re already doing. I wrote about that in Strategic Execution in the 3rd Millennium. Then I built this system to do the work the book describes: find where execution is breaking down, run the numbers, and keep the next 90 days on track. I use it every day in my own consulting practice.

Your own vault. Your plans, notes and documents live in one place the agents can read. They answer from your business, not from generic advice.
Goals and a dashboard. Goals and sub-goals with owners and due dates, plus a dashboard showing activity, goals completed and what the agents have been working on.
Talk or type. Speak to an agent instead of typing, and have its answer read back to you.
How it treats your information
- It runs on your computer. I install it for you. Your vault, chat history and goals are stored on your machine, not on my servers.
- You hold the AI account. The OS connects to an AI account in your name, so you see and control that bill directly. When you ask a question, the question and the files the agent needs to answer it go to that AI service.
- Nothing goes out without you. The OS doesn’t send, post or publish anything on its own. You review and approve.
- Check its work. The agents are built to cite sources and say when they don’t know, but they can still be wrong. Treat their output as a strong first draft, not a final answer, especially on legal, tax and accounting questions.
