My Story
After more than a decade as a Master’s-level Licensed Professional Counselor, I discovered something most strategy consultants miss entirely: execution doesn’t fail because of bad plans. It fails because of human psychology.
Fear of change. Resistance to accountability. Misaligned teams. These are the real reasons strategies stall — and understanding them is my unfair advantage.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me on my Harley-Davidson somewhere on an American highway — because some of the best strategic thinking happens at 70mph.
